     As the Word of God says “I will give you as a light to the nations, that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth.” (Is 49:6), God opened the door of world evangelization for the ASJM Monastery by establishing a house in the United States of America on 2023 October 4, by His Excellency Bishop Mar Joy Alappatt, under the name of “Anointing Fire Sisters of Jesus and Mary”. The monastery in the USA was established in Chicago in 2023 October 4 at a temporary house and later found a permanent monastery at 1119 Oak Creek Road, Red Oak, Texas, in 2025 October 16.

This house was founded to strengthen the people of God, especially in America, through ardent intercessory prayer and proclamation of the Word of God, and to lead people towards the love of God by apostolic ministry and using the charism of the Holy Spirit. We provide various ministries and programs for all age groups, including mothers, youth, children, and young adults.

Our ministries include:

1. One-on-one spiritual sharing for individuals of all ages: Through spiritual sharing, individuals can receive spiritual guidance for their faith journey by sharing their troubles and receiving special prayers, healing, and deliverance.
2. Three-day mothers’ retreats: These retreats help mothers to experience the love of God and be strengthened in their role as mothers and spouses. Through spiritual enrichment talks, preaching, one-on-one sharing, Eucharistic Adoration, and other spiritual activities, they are able to receive support and strength to overcome daily obstacles and find peace and joy.
3. Three-day children and teens retreats: These retreats help children and teens to refocus on their faith in the midst of worldly distractions and personal struggles. Through engaging activities and songs, Holy Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, one-on-one sharing and group discussions, they can experience the joy of fellowship and grow stronger in their faith.
4. One-day retreats for mothers and young adults: These retreats provide support and spiritual uplifting to all participants through preaching of the Word of God, Eucharistic Adoration, praise and worship, and guided prayers. They can connect with others through fellowship and prayer.
5. Monthly chain rosary night vigils (4 PM- 12 AM): Every month, families and individuals are invited to join in our continuous prayer and intercession to pray for their own needs and for the whole world. These prayers are led in both Spanish and English, to accommodate both communities and cultures.
6. One-day retreats and spiritual services at local parishes: Through the invitation of our local Catholic Church priests and different ministries, we provide classes, prayer sessions, lead Eucharistic Adoration, and provide one-day retreats at different parishes.

In our community, there are five members, including 3 Sisters and 2 formation students.
