Apostolate of prayer:

1. Daily Eucharistic celebration
2. Intercessory prayer
3. Daily Liturgy of the Hours
4. Daily Eucharistic Adoration
5. Offering the daily work, manual labor, and sacrifices within the monastery as a living prayer

Social outreach and Home mission

1. Visiting neighbouring families to pray for them
2. Reaching out to parish families individually ahead of scheduled retreats
3. Village missions for house visits, village prayers, and community gatherings

Media & Digital Apostolate

1. Publishing spiritual insights and addressing contemporary issues on YouTube and Facebook
2. Online prayer via Zoom for different groups of people

Our internal apostolates include:

1. Regular spiritual direction and Sacrament of Reconciliation for community members
2. Monastic formation of new members
3. Apostolate of work, including gardening, farming and monastic maintenance to sustain the monastery
